In the Surselva Valley from Trun to Sedrun, there are a total of 60 km of varied cross-country ski trails (classic-style or skating-style), all of which you can use with the "Nordic Surselva" regional trail pass. From Disentis, a 37 km cross-country trail leads along the Rhine to Trun. From there it is possible to return by train. There is also a night trail, which is floodlit until 9 or 10 pm. There is also a 2 km circular trail for beginners in Disentis.
