TravelTrex GmbH (TT) strives to make its website accessible in accordance with national and European regulations on accessibility.

PDF documents and forms
Not all PDF documents are fully accessible, as they are not consistently tagged with structural tags and do not have a consistent reading order.
Interactive elements
Names, roles, or states for assistive technologies (e. g., screen readers) are largely available for controls (e. g., input fields). However, error labels are not consistently linked to form fields.
Contrasts and visual design
The contrast requirements for texts are not consistently met.
Alternative texts and media content
Some images and icons on the website have no or insufficient alternative text. Embedded videos are currently not fully subtitled or audio described.
Page structure
Occasionally, pages do not have a complete heading structure.
Email communication
Some automatically generated emails (e. g. booking confirmations, invoices, newsletters) contain content in a non-accessible format.
Third-party content
Some third-party systems may not comply with accessibility standards (e. g. gift vouchers).
The existing barriers are mainly the result of historically developed content and technical limitations of older system components. However, we are working hard to solve these problems and are committed to continuous improvement.
