• This accommodation is not wheelchair-accessible.
• If you require bed linen and/or towel sets, please note that these must be reserved at least 10 days before arrival. They must then be collected from and returned to the Châtel Reservation office. A cash deposit must be paid.
• You must clean the apartment/studio yourself before departure.
• A lift pass voucher is not issued for children aged 4 or under (at time of departure). Please note that a lift pass may have to be purchased on site for children under the age of 5 (at time of departure). • A lift pass voucher is not issued for senior citizens aged 65 or over. Please note that a lift pass must be purchased on site. Seniors aged 75 or over receive a lift pass on site at a reduced rate upon presentation of proof of age.
