Location and facilities
The sustainable 3-stars Hotel Villa Klothilde is located ideally only approx. 70 m von from the Ebenbergbahn and about 100 m from the resorts centre Zell am See. The ski bus stops also in 100 m and brings you comfortable to Schmittenhöhe valley station, Maiskogel or Kitzsteinhorn in Kaprun.The facilities of the sustainable hotel, that values the regional products and natural degradable detergents, as well as non-toxic wall paint, include a reception with lobby, an aelevatror, Wi-Fi (incl.), breakfast room, terrace, ski room and free of charge parking spaces (upon availability).
On request there are available massages, energetically Jin Shin Jyutsu Ström treatments, as well as numerological life or occupational guidance (for a fee, info in resort).
Rooms
The cosy rooms have a bathtub or shower/wc, LED TV with Sky, Wi-Fi (incl.), radio, hair dryer, tee corner with kettle and a sitting corner. Furthermore, some of the rooms have a balcony or a terrace.Board

Important notes
- Children born in 2013 and younger receive a free lift pass when an accompanying adult purchases a full valid ski pass at the same time: per accompanying adult, one child receives a free lift pass. The lift pass is already valid from 15:00 on the preceding day.
