Location

The exclusive 4-star houses Hotel Heitzmann & Boutique Hotel Two Timez are situated centrally in Zell am See, in the immediate vicinity of the pedestrian area and about 120 m away from the "City Express" lift. The ski bus stops about 50 m away from the accommodation. A cross-country fans will find well-prepared trails about 2 km away.

The facilities at this hotel, comprising two buildings, include a reception with lounge, lift, Wi-Fi, breakfast room, restaurant, bar with chill-out lounge, lounge, wine cellar, library and a ski and boot room. Paid parking spaces and spaces in the garage are also available.

The spa area, covering approximately 120 m², offers a sauna, steam bath, organic sauna, Kneipp facility, relaxation room (included, 16:00 – 20:00) and massages (on request, subject to a charge).

Accommodation is available in all room categories at both the Hotel Heitzmann and the Boutique Hotel Two Timez.

Board

The holiday price includes half-board with a welcome drink, a breakfast buffet, a four-course set menu of your choice and a salad buffet. Themed evenings are held once a week. The Christmas dinner on 24/12 and the New Year’s Eve dinner, including a bottle of sparkling wine per room and a New Year’s Eve party on the roof terrace, are included in the price. Gluten-free, lactose-free and vegan dishes are available on request. A vegetarian option is available. Please note that the restaurant is closed on Tuesdays and no dinner is served.
