Location and facilities
The comfortable 4-star Children's Hotel Hagleitner is located in the district Schüttdort, approx. 300 m from the Areit lift which offers access to the ski area Schmittenhöhe. The resort centre of Zell am See can be reached with within 3 km, and the glacier in Kaprun is approx. 15 km away. A ski bus stop is located in close proximity to the accommodation (approx. 50 m). The hotel also offers a free shuttle service to the Areit lift. The professional children's hotel's facilities include a reception with luggage service and storage, lobby, lift, common and reading room, parlour, Internet corner and Wi-Fi (incl.), breakfast room, dining hall, restaurant, bar, a wine cellar and a terrace. You can store your winter sports equipment in the ski and boots room. As a special service the Hotel also offers free ski service (grinding and waxing, incl.) for your private equipment.The holiday price also includes use of the altogether approx. 2,000 m² large spa area which is open from 14:00 to 20:00. The spa comprises an adult spa (from 15 years) and a family spa (no age restriction, if accompanied by an adult). Its facilities include an indoor pool, steam bath, sauna, Finnish sauna and a relaxation room. A fitness room is also available and for a fee you can book treatments in the beauty centre, massages and use the solarium (09:00 - 19:00). Parking spaces or a garage can be used for free, based on availability.
A comprehensive programme is offered for children. There is a playroom and an 100 m² indoor fun park with slides, climbing towers, caves and crawling tubes. There also is a theatre with show stage and a Dolby Surround cinema. Professional staff for childcare is looking after your children from 3 months in the Mini-Club (09:30 - 19:30), your children from 3 - 12 years are looked after in the "Kiddy Club" (09:30 - 19:30). The childcare service is characterised by its exciting and diverse programme. There is a special programme for teenagers from 12 years which focuses on action and offers climbing, a high rope course or quad tours. In the "Play and Fun Center" you can also find table tennis, table football and air hockey, and tournaments are organised. On Saturdays, child-care service is offered from 09:00 - 18:00.

Included in the holiday price is the all inclusive board comprising a rich breakfast buffet with show cooking, a lunch buffet with fresh salads, soups and warm dishes (12:00 - 13:30), home-made cakes, pies and and ice cream (14:00 - 17:00) as well as an afternoon snack from 15:30 - 16:30. In the evening you are served a 5-course meal of choice with salad- or themed buffet (3 menus to choose from). Vegetarian meals can be prepared on request. Non-alcoholic drinks and hot beverages are available for free from 10:00 - 22:00. The Christmas and New Year's Eve dinners are also included in the holiday price. Various sorts of food for babies and toddlers (in glasses and follow-on formulae or HIPP pulvers) as well as special children's menus are also available.
