LocationThe modern Sulzer apartments complex is located approx. 2,8 km away from the centre of Zell am See in the district of Schüttdorf. The centre of Kaprun is always worth a visit, and is approx. 5,5 km away from the accommodation. The areitXpress cable car, which is approx. 950 m away, will take you to the ski area. Approximately 3,5 km away there is an indoor swimming pool, the 100° FREIZEIT ZELL AM SEE. The thermal spa TAUERN SPA Zell am See - Kaprun Therme also offers a special wellness experience and is situated approx. 6,1 km away. Cross-country skiing trails can be reached within about 1,6 km. You can experience a rush of adrenaline on a well-prepared toboggan run approx. 7 km away from the hotel. Ski buses stop right at the door. The Schüttdorf Kitzsteinhornstraße railway station can be reached after approx. 300 m. Local shopping opportunities lie within approx. 180 m, local cafés and restaurants can be accessed within approx. 160 m.
