Location

The comfortable 4-star Valamar Obertauern Hotel is located about 50 m away from the resort centre of Obertauern. The ski area is only about 50 m away and in good snow conditions, skiing down to the accommodation is possible. The access point to the nearest cross-country trails ia approx. 200 m away.

Facilities

The general facilities of the cosy hotel include a lobby, reception, Wi-Fi, lift, dining room, restaurant, wine bar and a ski cellar. The hotel's own parking spaces and a parking garage can be used free of charge, subject to availability.

The approx. 420 m² spa area includes a Finnish sauna, organic sauna, infrared cabin, steam bath and relaxation room. The beauty centre and massages can be booked on site (for a fee).

For children from ages 3-12 there is the Maro Club (opening times see information on site) and a playroom.

Board

Half board is included in the price of your holiday: In addition to breakfast in buffet form, you will be served a 3-course menu in the evening. A special dinner is served on Christmas Eve (24/12) and on New Year's Eve.

Important notes

  • No lift pass voucher is issued for children aged 5 or under, they ski for free when accompanied by a parent. A lift pass must be purchased in resort if they take part in ski lessons.
  • Access to the spa area is permitted from the age of 16 and only in the company of an adult.
  • When booking several-bed rooms or rooms with additional beds, there is no entitlement to the additional beds in the event of under-occupancy.
