Location

The traditional 3-star Hotel Bären is located in the immediate centre of Wilderswil, about 4 km from Interlaken. A ski bus stop is only about 20 m from the property, and the Jungfrau ski area can be reached via the Lauterbrunnen cable car after around 9 km. In addition, Wilderswil train station is approx. 700 m away.

Facilities

The general facilities of the accommodation include a reception, Wi-Fi, breakfast room, restaurant, bar, lounge, ski cellar and free parking spaces (upon availability).

A sauna and a fitness room are available free of charge.

Board

Half board is included in the holiday price. This includes a breakfast buffet and a 3-course dinner. On Sundays there is a brunch until 13:00. The Christmas (25/12) and New Year's Eve menus are also included in the holiday price.

  • No lift pass voucher is issued for children aged 5 or under; they ride the lifts for free when accompanied by a parent. For children travelling alone (e.g. for ski lessons), a lift pass must be purchased on site. Further information is available at the lift ticket office.
  • If you have booked equipment through us, the ski hire shop is located in Grindelwald (approx. 20 km).
  • When booking several-bed rooms or rooms with additional beds, there is no entitlement to the additional beds in the event of under-occupancy.
