Location

The comfortable 3-star Superior National hotel is situated in a quiet area directly in the centre of Davos Platz. The Schatzalpbahn cable car, which is approx. 350 m away, will take you to the ski area. Cross-country skiing trails can be reached within about 200 m. Ski buses stop within about 300 m. The Davos Platz railway station can be reached after approx. 400 m. There is a shuttle bus service to the mountain railway station. It is also worth taking a shuttle to visit Jakobshorn. Nearby shopping opportunities can be reached within approx. 300 m, local cafés and restaurants can be accessed within approx. 230 m.

Facilities

Our hotel offers various amenities, such as a reception, a lobby, Wi-Fi, a common room, a lift, a breakfast room, the Bistro National hotel restaurant and a hotel bar. Outdoors, hotel guests can find a rooftop terrace. Guests can store their ski and snowboarding equipment in a ski storage room with a ski boot dryer. Drivers can use a parking garage (for a fee) and a charging station for e-cars (for a fee) - subject to availability.

Spa

The wellness area invites its guests to indulge body and soul. When it’s time to replenish your energy, you have a choice between different facilities including a Finnish sauna, a whirlpool, a steam bath and a spa shower. Let the stress of everyday life dissipate in the relaxation room. Massages are available for a fee and help encourage an overall sense of well-being.

Important notes

• When booking several-bed rooms or rooms with extra beds, there is no entitlement to the additional beds in the event of under-occupancy.
• Over-occupancy resulting from babies: not possible
• This accommodation is not wheelchair-accessible.
• In addition to the booked lift pass duration, the lift pass can also be used on the day of departure. The lift pass duration then corresponds to the booked length of stay (the lift pass is not valid on the day of arrival!).
• Children aged 5 or under (at time of departure) can ski free of charge when accompanied by their parents; however, a separate lift pass (half-day, full-day or multi-ride ticket) must be purchased for the valley lifts.
• Please note when booking a 2-day lift pass that this is valid exclusively in the Parsenn and Jakobshorn ski areas.
• You will receive your lift pass at reception upon check-in.
