Location and facilities

The friendly 3-star superior Hotel Orso Grigio is situated in a quiet location in the village of Carisolo-Pinzolo, about 700 m from the centre and the Pinzolo ski area. A ski bus stop is in the immediate vicinity (extra charge). You can also use the shuttle service to the ski area (extra charge, on request).

The general facilities of the accommodation, which consists of a main building and an annexe, include a reception, lift, Wi-Fi, TV room, restaurant and bar, ski room, free parking garage (on request) and parking spaces (subject to availability).

The spa area offers free access to saunas, a hot tub, a steam room, a Kneipp pool, a salt cave and a relaxation area (opening hours: 16:00 – 19:00; opening hours for children aged 15 or under: 16:00 – 17:30). A babysitting service is available for a fee.

The cosy rooms have a bathroom with shower, WC, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, hair dryer, telephone and safe.

Board

The half-board included in the holiday price includes an extended breakfast buffet and a 3-course menu of your choice with salad buffet. A special menu is served at Christmas (25/12) and on New Year's Eve. A children's menu can be prepared for younger guests.

• No lift pass voucher is issued for children aged 7 or under (at time of departure). For each adult lift pass purchased, one accompanying child in this age group will receive a free ticket for the use of the lifts (ID required). Please note that the adult and children's lift passes must be collected at the same time. If there are more children travelling than adults, a children's lift pass must be purchased on site.
