Information on cross-country skiing
3 km Cross-country trails (in km):
As part of the Merano 2000 ski area, there are around 3 km of cross-country trails. The entrance to the manageable trail system is located at the valley station of the Falzeben gondola lift at 1,680 metres. The 3 km long, medium-difficulty trail can be skied in skating style.
In the Hinterpasseier region you will find a further 17 km of cross-country trails, where you can also test the longest cross-country trail in the region at approx. 12 km. This covers around 220 metres in altitude. If you wish, you can also take cross-country skiing lessons and have your skis prepared at the service station. Experience this healthy sport in a marvellous landscape and in the best mountain air - a real treat!
