Location

The modern 4-star Maraias Luxury Suites & Apartments apartments complex is located approx. 500 m away from the centre of Burgeis. The centre of Mals is always worth a visit, and is approx. 4 km away from the accommodation. You can access the ski area by taking the Watles Sesselbahn gondola lift approx. 7 km away, or the Haideralm cable car approx. 8 km away. In addition, the Schöneben cable car operates in the area, the station is approx. 13 km away. Cross-country skiing trails can be reached within about 9 km. You can experience a rush of adrenaline on a well-prepared toboggan run approx. 9 km away from the hotel. Ski buses stop within about 700 m. Nearby shopping opportunities can be reached within approx. 400 m.

Facilities

This cosy hotel has a side building, situated about 50 m away from the main building. This accommodation features various facilities, such as Wi-Fi, a common room, a lift, a breakfast room, a hotel bar and a wine cellar. Guests can store their ski and snowboarding equipment in a ski cellar. Drivers can use a parking lot and a charging station for e-cars (for a fee) - subject to availability.

Spa

The spa area, covering approx. 1,500 m², is the perfect place to relax. Here you’ll also find a Finnish sauna, a bio-sauna, a steam bath and an infrared cabin. You can also unwind in the panoramic relaxation room. The infinity pool offers a special swimming experience. Massages are available for a fee. A bathrobe is available on site (for hire). For bookings of 4 nights, you’ll receive a 10% discount on massages; for 7 nights during the periods 20 December2025 to 9 January 2027 and 25 February 2026 to 27 February 2027 (valid per unit; further information available on site).

High chairs and cots can be used free of charge (upon request and availability).

Sports facilities and activities at the hotel include a gym.

Board

When booking rooms on a bed and breakfast basis, the board plan includes a breakfast buffet featuring regional produce from our own farm. From 6 January to 25 January 2027, an à la carte breakfast is expected to be served instead of the buffet. Gluten-free, lactose-free and vegetarian alternatives are available on request. Vegan dishes can also be prepared on request.

• A lift pass voucher is not issued for children aged 5 or under. For each adult lift pass purchased, one accompanying child receives a free ticket for the use of the lift systems on site (ID required). • Please note that the Zwei Länder Skiarena ski area is only open in Watles and Schöneben at the start of the season until 12/12/2025. At the end of the season, starting 23/03/2026, the Watles ski area will be closed, while the ski areas in Schöneben and Nauders will remain open until 10/04/2026. Subject to changes.
