Location

The family-friendly 4-star superior Hotel IL Tyrol is located just approx. 140 m from the centre of San Candido. Access to the ski area is via the “Haunold-Lift” cable car, which is about 500 m away. Cross-country skiing is available on the network of trails about 500 m away. Ski buses stop around 50 metres away. The San Candido railway station is approximately 500 metres away. A shuttle service to the station is available.

Facilities

The comfortable hotel’s facilities include a reception, Wi-Fi, a library, a lounge, a lift, a dining room, an à la carte restaurant, a cosy parlour and a hotel bar. There are parking spaces on site, as well as a parking garage and a charging station for electric cars (subject to a fee) – subject to availability.

Spa

The spa area with indoor pool is the perfect place to relax. Here you will also find a sauna, a hot tub, a steam room, an infrared cabin, a Kneipp facility and a sensory shower. You can also relax in the relaxation room on waterbeds or recharge your batteries in the refreshment area. Beauty treatments and massages are available for a fee. Bathrobes, slippers and sauna towels are available on site (on loan).

Children

The children’s playroom offers age-appropriate entertainment for our younger guests, even in bad weather. Cots are included (on request/subject to availability).

Entertainment

The accommodation offers billiards for guests’ leisure time. It also provides sports facilities, such as a gym. Courses such as snowshoeing and skiing are offered at regular intervals.

Board

When booking rooms on a half-board basis, meals include a welcome drink and a breakfast buffet. In the evening, you will be served a 4-course menu of your choice with a salad buffet and soup. You can also treat yourself to culinary delights at the regional evening. A Christmas gala takes place at Christmas, and on New Year’s Eve there is a New Year’s Eve party with a festive menu, including a party and midnight mulled wine (subject to availability).
