Location and facilities
The cosy 3-star Hotel Des Alpes is located in the district Serrada Folgaria, approx. 50 m from the resort centre and only around 600 m from the Serrada-Martinella ski lift (i.e. the access point into the ski area) away. The resort Folgaria can be reached after around 6 km.The hotel offers a panoramic view and has a reception, lounge with Wi-Fi (only in the lobby area), lift, restaurant, bar, TV and reading room, ski and boot room as well as a terrace. Free parking spaces can also be found at the hotel (upon availability).

The holiday price includes half board which consists of a breakfast buffet as well as a 3-course dinner with salad buffet. The 3-course Christmas dinner (24/12) is also included, on New Year's Eve a special dinner will be served (supplement payable locally).Pets

Important notes
- No lift pass voucher is issued for children aged 7 years or under. For each purchased adult lift pass, one child in this age category receives a free card for use of the lifts (ID required). If there are more children on the booking than full-paying adults, children's lift passes need to be purchased in resort. Further information at the lift office.
- When buying a 6-day lift pass you have the possibility to use one lift pass day in the Paganella ski area and one lift pass day in the Monte Bondone ski area. This offer is not valid for the period 24/12/21 - 09/01/22 and 21/02/22 - 06/03/22.
- When booking several-bed rooms or rooms with additional beds, there is no entitlement to the additional beds in the event of under-occupancy.
