The cosy 3-star Superior Hotel Italia & Wellness Villa Monica is situated in a quiet location, about 100 m away from the centre of Molina di Fiemme and about 6 km away from Cavalese. The ski bus stop is approx 100 m away from the hotel and the Alpe Cermis ski area is about 5 km away. The access point to the cross-country trail is approx. 650 m away.The general facilities of the hotel, which is comprised of a main building and a side building (20 m away) not only include a reception with entrance area and lobby, but also Wi-Fi, luggage storage, lift, library, restaurant, bar, table tennis as well as ski and ski boot room, terrace and free parking spaces (subject to availability).

Important notes
- Access to the indoor pool is only permitted to children ages 2 and up and only when accompanied by an adult.
- Wearing a swimming cap is compulsory at the indoor pool.
- Access to the spa area is only permitted from 16 years.
- Children up to (and including) the age of 7 will not receive a lift pass voucher. Instead, for each purchased adult lift pass, one accompanying child in this age range will receive a free pass in resort for use of the lifts (ID required). Should there be more children than adults present, a children's lift pass must be purchased in resort. Further information can be found at the lift office.
