    Our Corona-Money-Back-Guarantee

If your accommodation or all ski areas included in the booked lift pass are closed due to the coronavirus during your booked holiday period, you are able to cancel for free. This also applies if travel is not possible due to the destination country having closed its borders.
In this case, you are able to cancel for free starting from 12 days before the holiday is due to begin. This option does not apply if the booking was made less than 12 days before the day of arrival and the reason for cancellation given later was already known at the time of booking. The cancellation must be completed by no later than 13:00, 7 days before the day of arrival.

We will arrange for a refund of the holiday price to leave our account within 14 days of the cancellation. For the last two winter seasons (2019/2020 and 2020/2021), we reimbursed 100% of customer funds from holidays that had to be cancelled due to the coronavirus pandemic. Customer funds of package holidays are also protected by the German Travel Security Fund (DRSF).

In order to ensure efficient and chronological processing according to the date of arrival, we ask that you do not contact us until the deadline (12 days before the start of the holiday) if you wish to cancel. Please understand that due to the high workload, we cannot guarantee a prior reply and will reply to all incoming e-mails chronologically according to the start of the holiday.
