The cosy Alpenhotel Beslhof is located approximately 1 km from the centre of Ramsau. Access to the ski area is possible via the lift, which is about 5 km away. Cross-country skiing is available on the network of trails approximately 500 m away.Facilities

Important notes
- This accommodation is not wheelchair-accessible.
- When booking several-bed rooms or rooms with extra beds, there is no entitlement to the additional beds in the event of under-occupancy.
- Minimum age spa area: 16 years
- If you have booked equipment and courses through us, the ski hire and ski school are located in Berchtesgaden (approx. 10 km away).
- Included services when booking with lift pass: Use of the toboggan run at the Hochschwarzeck lift, use of the toboggan run at the Jennerbahn, 1 x daily toll for the Rossfeld panoramic road (only when using the toll road by car), 10% discount on the local thermal bath "Watzmanntherme" (upon presentation of the lift pass)
- The RVO public bus to the Rossfeld ski area can be used free of charge as part of the obligatory guest card. If a lift pass is presented, there is no toll charge.
- Since the 24/25 season, skiing on the Jenner is no longer possible. However, use of the Jennerbahn cable car is included in the lift pass for pedestrians, tobogganers and winter hikers.
