Location

The modern zeitlang by Rösslwirt apartments complex is situated approx. 300 m away from the centre of Lam. The Gondelbahn Großer Arber cable car, which is approx. 18,5 km away, will take you to the ski area. Approximately 2 km away there is an indoor swimming pool, the Osserbad Lam. Ski buses stop within about 75 m. Local shopping opportunities lie within approx. 100 m.

Facilities

Our accommodation features various amenities, such as a reception, Wi-Fi, a common room, a lift and a breakfast room. Outdoors, hotel guests can find a terrace. Guests can store their ski and snowboarding equipment in a ski storage room. Drivers can use a parking lot - subject to availability.

Spa

Our 70 m² large wellness area invites its guests to indulge body and soul (minimum age for admission: 16 years) and enjoy a Finnish sauna, a sanarium and a whirlpool (for a fee). Let the stress of everyday life dissipate in the relaxation room. Our staff provides guests with a bathrobe on a loan basis.

Children

The children's playroom offers a range of play experiences for young guests to keep them content and entertained. Cots are provided for a fee, high chairs can be used free of charge (upon request and availability).
