Location

The traditional Schwabenwirt hotel is situated approx. 2 km away from the centre of Berchtesgaden. You can access the ski area by taking the Eckerbichllift (Obersalzberg) gondola lift approx. 3,5 km away, or the Götschenkopfbahn cable car approx. 9 km away. In addition, the Jennerbahn cable car operates in the area, the station is approx. 4,5 km away. The thermal spa Watzmann Therme also offers a special wellness experience and is situated approx. 1,5 km away. Public transport stops as well as a train station are located about 200 m away from the hotel.

• When booking several-bed rooms or rooms with extra beds, there is no entitlement to the additional beds in the event of under-occupancy.
• Included services when booking with lift pass: Use of the toboggan run at the Hochschwarzeck lift, use of the toboggan run at the Jennerbahn, 1 x daily toll for the Rossfeld panoramic road (only when using the toll road by car), 10% discount on the local thermal bath "Watzmanntherme" (upon presentation of the lift pass)
• The RVO public bus to the Rossfeld ski area can be used free of charge as part of the obligatory guest card. If a lift pass is presented, there is no toll charge.
• As of the 24/25 season, skiing on the Jenner is no longer possible. However, use of the Jennerbahn cable car for pedestrians, tobogganists and winter hikers is included in the lift pass.
