Location

The cosy apartment block, Résidence Les Balcons du Soleil, is situated right in the centre of Les 2 Alpes. The "Super Venosc" cable car, approximately 300 metres away, provides access to the ski area.
The Résidence comprises two buildings: the "Flocons d’Or" and the "Prince des Ecrins". When snow conditions are good, it is possible to ski right down to the "Flocons d’Or" building. The nearest shops are approximately 800 m away.

Facilities

The accommodation features a reception and a lift. Wi-Fi is available to guests at reception. There is on-site parking and an underground parking garage (for a fee), subject to availability.

• If the accommodation is not left clean, a cleaning fee will be deducted from the deposit.
• If you book a lift pass valid for 6 days or more, you can use it for two days at the Alpe d’Huez ski resort during the pass’s validity period (except in the time period 20/03 – 27/03/2027). Further information is available at the lift ticket office.
