Location and facilities
The cosy, 4-star Hotel Evelina Palace is located in Bansko, approx. 100 m from the resort centre with its various shopping opportunities. The Bansko ski area is located approx. 1 km away, and can be comfortably reached with the hotel's own shuttle service (see information in resort).The accommodation's facilities include an entrance area with reception, hotel safe (for a fee), lift, lobby, bar, Wi-Fi, luggage storage, playroom with table football and table tennis (for a fee) as well as a restaurant. Parking spaces are offered at the hotel (depending on availability).
The free-of-charge spa area offers an indoor pool, Finnish sauna, and fitness room. If paid for locally, various massage treatments can be booked.

The cosily furnished rooms all have a shower/wc, Wi-Fi, TV, telephone, hair dryer, mini bar (for a fee) and a balcony or a terrace.Board
The already included half board consists of a breakfast buffet as well as an evening meal (either in the form of a buffet or served meal). The gala dinner that is organised on New Year's Eve is also included. Per request, Chrismas dinner is available to book in resort.Pets

Important notes
- Children up to (and including) the age of 6 will not receive a lift pass voucher. Instead, when accompanied by a parent who has also booked a lift pass, children in this age range will receive a free lift pass with the same length of validity of the parent's lift pass. Equipment hire for children in this age range must be paid for in resort, further information is available at the lift office.
- When booking rooms with multiple or additional beds, there is no claim to the additional beds
