The cosy 4-star Arlberghaus hotel is located directly in the centre of Zürs at an altitude of approx. 1.170 m. The centre of Lech am Arlberg deserves a visit, and is approx. 5 km away from the accommodation. You can access the ski area by taking the nearby Trittkopfbahn gondola lift or the Zürsersee cable car approx. 400 m away. Alpine skiers can get on a slope directly at the door. Ski buses stop right at the door. The St. Anton am Arlberg railway station can be reached after approx. 14 km. Nearby shopping opportunities can be reached within approx. 5 km.Facilities

Important notes
- When booking several-bed rooms or rooms with extra beds, there is no entitlement to the additional beds in the event of under-occupancy.
- Please note that small children (born 2017 and younger) must show proof of age when collecting their lift pass and a photo is required for the lift pass. This will be taken for you free of charge at the lift ticket office.
