The cosy Andrea Hauser apartments complex is situated approx. 1 km away from the centre of Zell am Ziller. You can access the ski area by taking the Rosenalmbahn gondola lift approx. 1,9 km away, or the Karspitzbahn cable car approx. 1,9 km away. Cross-country skiing trails are in close proximity. Ski buses stop within about 150 m.
