Location
The family-led 3-star Koch guesthouse is located directly in the centre of Uttendorf. The Enzingerboden cable car, which is approx. 17,5 km away, will take you to the ski area. Cross-country skiing trails can be reached within about 450 m. You can experience a rush of adrenaline on a well-prepared toboggan run approx. 14 km away from the hotel. The Uttendorf Stubachtal railway station can be reached after approx. 450 m. Local shopping opportunities lie within approx. 80 m.Facilities

Important notes
- This accommodation is not wheelchair-accessible.
- When booking several-bed rooms or rooms with extra beds, there is no entitlement to the additional beds in the event of under-occupancy.
- 2 children under the age of 12, each accompanied by an adult, receive a free ticket for the use of the lifts (ID required). If there are more children travelling with you, a children's lift pass must be purchased on site. Further information is available at the lift ticket office.
