Location
The family-led 3-star Koch guesthouse is situated directly in the centre of Uttendorf. The Enzingerboden cable car, which is approx. 17,5 km away, will take you to the ski area. Cross-country skiing trails can be reached within about 450 m. You can experience a rush of adrenaline on a well-prepared toboggan run approx. 14 km away from the hotel. The Uttendorf Stubachtal railway station can be reached after approx. 450 m. Local shopping opportunities lie within approx. 80 m.Facilities

- When booking several-bed rooms or rooms with extra beds, there is no entitlement to the additional beds in the event of under-occupancy.
