The Šumava holiday region offers all fans of cross-country skiing a network of around 78 km of groomed high altitude cross-country ski trails. In good snow conditions, there are almost as many kilometres of valley trails. Those who set off on their long skis to the forest cross-country trails in the Šumava Nordic Centre will be rewarded with classic-style and skating-style trails through a beautiful snow-covered winter landscape.
