Location

The rustic Alpengasthof Schneeberg inn is located approx. 3 km away from the centre of Thiersee. You can access the ski area by taking the Schneebergerlift gondola lift approx. 1 km away, or the Haltjochlift cable car approx. 4,5 km away. Alpine skiers and snowboarders can access the slopes within about 100 m. You can experience a rush of adrenaline on a well-prepared sledding track nearby. Nearby shopping opportunities can be reached within approx. 3 km.

Facilities

Our friendly furnished accommodation features various amenities, such as a reception, Wi-Fi, a common room, a breakfast room, a hotel restaurant, a parlour and a hotel bar. Guests can store their ski and snowboarding equipment in a ski storage room. Drivers can use a parking lot and a parking garage (for a fee) - subject to availability.

Important notes

• This accommodation is not wheelchair-accessible.
• When booking several-bed rooms or rooms with extra beds, there is no entitlement to the additional beds in the event of under-occupancy.
• No lift pass voucher will be issued for small children aged 5 or under (at time of departure); they can ski for free when accompanied by their parents. If children in this age group use the lifts without their parents or attend a ski course on site that requires a lift pass, a children's lift pass must be purchased separately on site. Further information is available at the lift ticket office.
• Please note that the ski area is only partially open at the start of the season. The Hinterthiersee lifts will not open until 20/12/2025.
