Location

The cosy Sonnhof hotel is situated directly in the centre of Wiesing. The centre of Strass is always worth a visit, and is approx. 2 km away from the accommodation. Access to the ski slopes is provided by the Spieljochbahn mountain railway approx. 10 km away. Cross-country skiing trails can be reached within about 8 km. You can experience a rush of adrenaline on a well-prepared toboggan run approx. 8 km away from the hotel. The next public transport stop is about 200 m away.

Facilities

Our hotel features various facilities, such as a reception, Wi-Fi, a common room, a lift, a breakfast room, a hotel restaurant, a café and a hotel bar. Guests can store their ski and snowboarding equipment in a ski cellar. Drivers can use a parking lot and a charging station for e-cars (for a fee) - subject to availability.

Children

High chairs and cots can be used free of charge (upon request and availability).

Board

The half board catering plan includes a buffet style breakfast. At dinner, our cooks put together a 3-course menu. On request, we also serve lactose-free dishes (for a fee), gluten-free (for a fee) as well as vegetarian alternatives.

• If you have booked equipment through us, the ski hire is located in Fügen (approx. 8 km away).
• Please note that the Spieljochbahn in Fügen will be closed at the start and end of the season, from 04/12 to 10/12/2026 and from 30/03 to 11/04/2027, and that the Ski Optimal Hochzillertal ski resort may not open until 05/12/2026 if snow conditions are poor.
