5.5 km km of cross-country tracks:
Throughout the region, the range of cross-country trails is impressive: With approx. 150 km of cross-country and skating trails the region offers perfect conditions for training technique, endurance and speed. In order to be able to guarantee absolute snow reliability, other cross-country ski runs are also covered with snow in addition to the high-altitude cross-country ski runs at Prebersee and Schönfeld.
Especially recommendable is the Murtalloipe with a total of 31 km, which is one of the longest trails in the region. The easy level of difficulty also makes it particularly suitable for beginners. One section starts in the centre of St. Margarethen and is 5.5 km long.
There is a small fee for the use of the trails.
