Ski area SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser - Brixental

With the lift pass "SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser-Brixental" you have access to one of the largest interconnected ski areas in Austria! On numerous occasions, SkiWelt has won prizes as one of the best ski areas in the world. 90 modern lifts, 284 km of piste (of which 254 km can be covered with artificial snow) including 23 km of ski routes, as well as three snow parks offer unlimited skiing fun. Regardless if you are young or old, novice or professional – SkiWelt has something for everyone.

The gondola quickly takes you into the ski area which does not offer many pistes for experienced skiers and the popular Funpark Boarders Playground, but also a spacious beginners' area in the valley. Westendorf also has a connection to the opposite side of Brixental via the Kander piste - and form there to the whole ski area. Especially the 10 km valley run from the Hohe Salve promises pure fun on the pistes. Night tobogganing is another highlight not to be missed out on, on a 4 km stretch.

All types of skills will get the most out of their stay here. In Söll, Austria's largest night ski area wit approx. 10 piste kilometres awaits beginners as well as professionals. Freeriders can go all out in the "Hopfgarten". Pure joy is provided by 77 eating and drinking facilities along the piste where you can turn in for a break. Children won't miss out either: the "Hexenkinderland" with its seesaw, mogul and dark tunnel as well a brand new practice lift and much more is a paradise for the little ones. That way they can grow into their ski boots playfully. For the tiny ones amongst them, there is a magic carpet and a rope lift.

A special experience is the night skiing in Austria's largest night ski area. The freshly prepared and lit pistes even attract locals who mingle with the guests, everyone going down the slopes together.

If you are going on holiday together with your children, or if in fact you yourself have a thing for fairytales, you should definitely check out the new 10-person "discovery"-gondola in SkiWelt Söll. Interesting experiences built around the theme "Hans in Luck" await you!

If that's not enough skiing fun for you, you can take the Ki West-slope and a short bus transfer to the neighbouring ski area Kitzbühel. With the Super Ski Card upgrade (s. ski region), you can enjoy skiing even more: this lift pass upgrade gives to access to diverse pistes in 23 ski areas in Tyrol and Salzburg with 937 lifts and 2,750 km of piste!

The SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser-Brixental offers night skiing in three ski areas: in Söll, Brixen and Westendorf. In Westendorf, a 500 m piste awaits night owls at the 4-person chairlift. The practise area is illuminated every Tuesday until 21:00.

Even more night skiing is available for night owls in the SkiWelt Söll, the largest night ski area in Austria! Five prepared pistes at a length of altogether 10 km are available until night time from Wednesday to Saturday. The pistes at the Hochsöll gondola and the chairlifts Keat and Hexen6er are illuminated by floodlight until 21:30. The "Hans im Glück" at the 4-person chairlift as well as a night toboggan run are part of the nightly fun on the pistes. In order to go night skiing in Söll, a separate lift pass has to be acquired in resort.

Furthermore, a 300 m blue night ski piste that is illuminated until 19:00 can be found in Brixen at the Schusterbühel lift. Is the SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser - Brixental ski area not right for you? Then have a look here instead: Ski areas Austria
