Location

The cosy apartments Modern Ski & Haus Abanico is located about 300 m away from the centre of Seefeld and various shopping facilities as well as approx. 2 km away from the Rosshütte ski area. A ski bus stop is about 150 m away from the accommodatin. From the Geigenbühell lift, if there is enough snow, it is even possible to ski down to the accommodation.

Facilities

The apartments are comprised of a main building as well as a guest house, which is about 100 m away. The accommodation's facilities include Wi-Fi, lift, ski cellar with ski boot warmer (in the guest house) and free parking spaces (subject to availability). There is also a ski hire shop directly in the accommodation. The accommodation also has its own ski depot at the Geigenbühel lift, which you can make use of.

Important notes

  • No lift pass voucher is issued for infants up to and including 5 years of age, they ski free when accompanied by their parents. Should children in this age group use the lifts unaccompanied by their parents or attend a ski course on site that requires a lift pass, a children's lift pass must be purchased separately on site. Further information is available at the lift ticket office.
