Location and facilities
The comfortable 4-star Apartments Kaltschmid are located in the pedestrian zone of Seefeld, approx. 300 m from the ski area and the Geigenbühel gondola. The free ski bus stops approx. 200 m away and you have access to the cross-country trails within approx. 400 m. The accommodation is furnished in country style and offers a lobby, lift, Wi-Fi (incl.), a la carte restaurant, 2 bars, 2 cafés, reading room, gaming room with pinball machine, billiards and video games (payable locally), a playroom for children, entertainment programme (payable locally, as per information in resort), 2 discos, a small grocery store (payable locally) as well as a washing machine and tumble drier (payable locally).Additionally you can make use of the spa area with indoor pool (08:00 - 20:00) and children's basin with water slide, as well as the sauna area with herbal steam bath, steam bath and 2 saunas (15:00 - 20:00) for free. The fitness room can also be used for free, and you can use the tennis hall which can be found approx. 500 m from the hotel (payable locally).
The daily dance event with life music (incl.) is also recommendable. As a special offer for families with children there is an in-house kindergarten with 8 hours child care service available (from 3 yrs., 19.12. - 05.01. and 14.02. - 28.02., child care during other arrivals as per information in resort). A babysitter service can be used for a locally payable fee. Free-of-charge parking spaces are available and you can also use the parking garage (for a surcharge).

The cosy studios and apartments have a bath or shower/wc, some with separate wc, cable TV, telephone, radio, Wi-Fi (incl.), safe (incl.), seating corner, pull-out couch in the living/sleeping area, hair drier as well as partly a balcony or terrace. The studio has a living/sleeping area, the apartments also have separate bedrooms. The kitchen or kitchenette is fully equipped with 2 or 4-ring hob, refrigerator, coffee machine, some also have an oven. Breakfast or half board can be booked in resort (for a surcharge).Room type
