Location and facilities

The comfortable 4-star Berger's Sporthotel is ideally situated, directly in the centre of Saalbach along with quite a few cafes, restaurants and shopping opportunities. The "SchattbergXpress" can be reached after about 50 m while both the "Bernkogel" lift as well as the nearest cross-country trail can both be reached after just about 100 m. A free ski bus stops directly in front of the accommodation.

The hotel is composed of a main building and an approx. 20 m distant annexed building. Facilities include a welcome hall with seating, reception with safe, Wi-Fi, lift, lounge, common room and snack bar, hotel bar, public bar, parlour, three diverse restaurants as well as a ski room with boot dryers. Free parking spaces and a locally payable parking garage can also be used (upon availability).

The spa area, with indoor pool (open from 7:00 - 19:30), steam bath, sauna, jacuzzi and relaxation room can be used for free. Various massages and beauty treatments can be enjoyed for a fee, with a 10% discount on the treatments. 1 x weekly, live music is also provided.

Rooms

The rooms, of which are furnished in the country's typical style, provides you with a shower/wc, cable TV, Wi-Fi, radio, telephone, safe, small refrigerator, cosmetic mirror and hair dryer, and some come with a balcony.

Board

The already included half board consists of a rich breakfast buffet with cold and warm dishes as well as cooking demonstration. In the evenings, a 4-course meal of your choice (3 main dishes to choose from, one of which being a vegetarian alternative) with appetisers and salad bar are offered. Vegetarian dishes are available per request. 1 x weekly, a gala dinner is organised. Christmas dinner (served on Christmas Eve) and a New Year's Eve gala are included as well. Children can also receive a special children's menu (possibly for a fee).
