Location
The modernly furnished Falkners Five apartments are located in the centre of Habichen and approx. 2 km from the centre of Oetz, where you will also find the first shopping facilities. A ski bus stops around 550 metres away and the entrance to the Hochoetz-Kühtai ski area is around 1.6 km away via the Acherkogelbahn lift.Facilities
General facilities at the modern accommodation include a reception, lift, Wi-Fi, lounge, breakfast room and a restaurant. There is a playroom for children. In addition to a ski cellar, the apartment house also has free parking spaces and a parking garage with charging stations for electric cars (subject to availability).On request and subject to availability, you can book the day spa offer in the 300 m² spa area of the Hotel Habicher Hof, which is located opposite (for a fee, see information on site).
