Location and facilities
The family-friendly 3-star Hotel Lohmann lies about 200 m away from the resort centre of Obergurgl, about 170 m away from the Festkogel ski area and about 100 m away from the nearest ski bus stop. Access to a cross-country trail can be found in the immediate vicinity (approx. 50 m).The popular hotel is furnished with a reception area, Wi-Fi, children's play room, breakfast room, restaurant, bar and ski & boot room. Free parking spaces, as well as a parking garage, can also be found and used where available.
The spa area, with Finnish sauna, hot tub, steam bath and sanarium, is also available to use for free. For a fee, you can also enjoy a massage (on request).
Childcare is available for children ages 3 and up (Sun. - Fri. from 13:30 - 20:00) as well as midday supervision (Sun. - Fri. from 12:00 - 13:30, pick-up at the Hochfirst ski school meeting point). You will also receive a 10% discount in resort on ski hire (15% with prior online reservation) from the in-house sports shop as well as a 7% discount on ski equipment purchases.

The already included half board PLUS consists of a welcome drink on the day of arrival, a breakfast buffet, coffee, tea and cake in the afternoon (16:00 - 17:00) as well as dinner in the form of a buffet (incl. salad buffet).During dinner (18:30 - 21:00), mineral water, juice, soft drinks, open beer and table wine are included, and from 8:00 - 21:00, you will also receive free tea from the tea station. On Christmas (24/12) and New Year's Eve, you can also look forward to a special gala buffet.

Important notes
- The pick-up location for the midday childcare service will be the at the Hochfirst ski school assembly point.
- Children may access the spa area if accompanied by an adult.
- No lift pass voucher is issued for small children aged 3 and under; they do not require a lift pass and ride the lift for free. Further information is available at the lift ticket office.
- When booking several-bed rooms or rooms with additional beds, there is no entitlement to the additional beds in the event of under-occupancy.
