Location

The modern Bergeralm Chalet is in a unique location directly in the Wildkogelarena ski area. You'll easily be the first on the piste in the morning and the last in the evening. The centre of Neukirchen am Großvenediger is approx. 8.7 km away. However, the town centre can only be reached by cable car and during cable car opening hours. The first shopping facilities are approx. 8.4 km away and the nearest restaurant is right next to the accommodation.

Facilities

The accommodation features various amenities, such as Wi-Fi. Guests can store their ski and snowboarding equipment in a ski cellar. Drivers can use a parking lot - subject to availability.

Spa

Our wellness area invites its guests to indulge body and soul and enjoy a Finnish sauna. Our staff provides guests with a bathrobe on a loan basis.

Children

Cots are provided at a surcharge, high chairs can be used free of charge (upon request and availability).

Important notes

  • This accommodation is not wheelchair-accessible.
    • Your accommodation is located in the middle of the ski area, arrival is only possible with the Wildkogelbahn lift in Neukirchen. Arrival is only possible during the opening hours of the lift, from 09.00-16.00, arrival after this time is not possible! If guests purchase a lift pass, the ascent and descent is included - if guests do not book a lift pass, guests must book an ascent or descent - in this case NO LIFT PASS is included in the pure accommodation price.
    Luggage transport in the gondolas is only possible from 09.00-10.30 and from 15.00-16.00 - during peak times no luggage service may take place.
    You can take your luggage free of charge into the gondola and deposit it at the mountain station with the note Bergeralm Chalet. There is a free luggage transport from the mountain station to the chalet at approx. 16:30.

    There are two options for getting to the chalet from the lift:

  • Ride to the mountain station and then take the red piste to the chalet.
  • Ride to the middle station and then walk approx. 200 metres in altitude (approx. 20-30 minutes on foot)

Reductions

Depending on the room type, age of the traveller, arrival date and lift pass, you could receive various reductions to the holiday price.

Generally speaking, babies younger than 24 months of age upon arrival can travel for free, but they must be listed on the booking. Please note that fees for the stay may be charged locally (see Local Costs/Services).
