Location
The idyllically situated Brandgut mountain farm is located at an altitude of around 1,100 m, approx. 4 km from the village centre of Mühlbach am Hochkönig. The Hochkönig ski area is about 5.8 km away via the Karbachalmbahn 6-seater gondola lift. A supermarket is approx. 3.7 km away and restaurants can be found around 4 km away.Facilities
The general facilities of the cosy accommodation (single location) include Wi-Fi as well as parking spaces and a carport parking space (subject to availability).The farm also has animals (cows, calves, chickens, rabbits, goats and cats).
You will receive the "Hochkönigcard" guest card on site, with which you can benefit from a number of free services and discounts in the region, such as discounts on guided torchlight hikes, horse-drawn carriage rides or alpaca hikes (subject to changes and restrictions on services, see information on site).

Important notes
- Use of the lifts is free of charge for children aged 5 or under. If your child wishes to use the lifts in other Ski amadé ski areas independently, a Minicard (lift pass) may need to be purchased on site.
- Please note that snow chains are required to reach the house in winter.
- Easter family promotion: 14/03/2026 – 06/04/2026. When booking for 6 or more days, children born in 2010 or later receive a free multi-day pass (official proof of family relationship required). The prerequisite is that at least one parent purchases a multi-day pass for 6 or more days for the same period. If there are more children than adults travelling or if the promotion requirements are not met, a corresponding lift pass must be purchased on site.
