At a glance
The comfortable, 4-star Neuhaus Zillertal Resort (formerly Alpendomizil Neuhaus) is centrally located in Mayrhofen, approx. 850 m from the Penken lift and approx. 50 m from the ski bus stop. A Zillertalbahn railway stop is located approx. 200 metres from the hotel, and a cross-country trail is located at a distance of approx. 100 metres.The extensive complex offers a main building and 2 further side buildings, all within 30 m of each other. The hotel offers a spacious hotel hall with reception and conservatory, lifts and Wi-Fi, restaurant, Tyrolean parlour, bar and café, lounge, reading room, children's playroom, sun terrace, ski and boot room, and a vast romantic garden with illuminated walkways and a chapel. Free parking spaces and parking garage (payable locally) are also available.
The well-kept and approx. 1,500 m² spa area offers you a Finnish sauna and relaxation room. Furthermore, you can make use of the "Kamillen-Saunadörfl" with five different saunas, cold water hiking trail as well as a fresh air area, solarium, beauty centre, massages, wellness baths and cosmetic treatments for a fee.
In addition, the new 5,800 m² spa and bathing centre was opened, which is divided into three areas: the garden spa, sky spa and Seppi's water fun. The garden spa (from the age of 14) has an indoor gallery pool, relaxation bunks, loungers and a textile sauna. Massages and beauty treatments are also available in various treatment rooms (for a fee). In the Himmelspa (ages 16 and up) you will find an outdoor infinity pool, relaxation pool, loungers, tea lounge, event sauna, bio clay sauna, ice-mist corridor and ice fountain as well as an infrared cinema with rocking loungers and heated beds. Seppi's water fun with outdoor and indoor pool with various slides, water playground, lounge furniture and family relaxation room is particularly suitable for families.
The hotel offers free use of the table tennis table and fitness room. The accommodation also has a youth area with exciting indoor activities such as billiards, table football, bowling alley and much more. In Seppi's Spieleland, young children and their families will find various activity stations such as slides, a climbing wall and places for free play, reading or colouring. Childcare is also available. You can use the in-house/public cinema from Thursdays to Sundays for a fee.

Half board PLUS includes a rich breakfast buffet, an afternoon cake buffet and a 5-course menu with salad buffet in the evening. - This accommodation is not wheelchair-accessible.

- When booking several-bed rooms or rooms with extra beds, there is no entitlement to the additional beds in the event of under-occupancy.
