Location
The family-run 4-star Hiking and Skiing Hotel Steffner-Wallner (German: "Wander- und Skihotel Steffner-Wallner") lies approx. 50 m away from the resort centre of Mauterndorf. A ski bus stop is located directly in front of the building. The Mauterndorf lift can be reached after about 1 km and the Grosseckbahn lift can be reached after about 2.5 km. The nearest cross-country trail is located approx. 2 km away from the hotel.Facilities
The comfortable accommodation has a reception, welcome area, and lobby. A luggage depot is available to use on arrival and departure days. General facilities also include a breakfast room, dining room, restaurant, and bar. Wi-Fi can also be used for free. When weather permits, guests can sit on the terrace or visit the guest garden. Free parking spaces can also be used (upon availability).The approx. 100 m² spa area invites you to relax with a steam bath, sauna, infrared cabin, relaxation room, heated benches, and foot baths. Per request, you can also book massages in resort (for a fee).

Important notes
- Use of the spa area is only permitted to children from age 12 and only when accompanied by an adult.
- Children (born in and after 2013) can ride with a parent for free providing they do not require their own seat. For children riding alone (for ski lessons, for example), a lift pass must be purchased in resort. Further information can be found at the lift office.
