Location

The family-run Alpenhotel Edelweiss is located right next to the Rofan lift valley station and about 150 m from the centre of Maurach. The ski bus stop is close to the hotel (approx. 20 m) and a cross-country ski trail is about 150 m away.

Facilities

The house is decorated in Tyrolean style and has an entrance area with reception, lift, Wi-Fi, lounge, breakfast room, restaurant, hotel bar, parlour, a children's playroom and a ski room with ski boot dryer. Free car parking is available subject to availability.

Upon arrival at the hotel you will receive the "AchenseeCard", which entitles you to numerous offers and discounts in the region (information subject to change, see information on site).

Board

The included half board consists of a breakfast buffet with a cereal corner, fruit etc. and a 3-course menu with a choice of main course and salad buffet or a buffet in the evening. Vegetarian alternatives are available, gluten-free and lactose-free food is possible for an extra charge. A special menu is offered on New Year's Eve.

  • Children up to and including the age of 6 will not receive a lift pass voucher as they can ride for free when accompanied by their parents. Should children be riding alone (e.g. participating in ski lessons), you must purchase a "Skihaserlkarte" (lift pass, approx. €11 per day) in resort.
  • When booking several-bed rooms or rooms with additional beds, there is no entitlement to the additional beds in the event of under-occupancy.
