Location
The comfortable and modern 4-star resort Carpe Solem Mariapfarr by ALPS RESORTS is centrally located in Mariapfarr at 1,119 m, in the middle of the Salzburg Alps. A free ski bus stops in the immediate vicinity (approx. 150 m away) and comfortably takes you to the ski areas of Grosseck-Speiereck (approx. 8.3 km away), Fanningberg, Katschberg and Obertauern. You will reach the first shopping facilities after about 100 m.Facilities
General facilities include a reception, lift, Wi-Fi, bar, breakfast room, a la carte restaurant, wine cellar, children's playroom and ski cellar as well as fee-based parking spaces and a fee-based parking garage. Free parking spaces are located about 200 - 300 m away and can be used where available.As a guest of the resort, you can also use the 1,800 m² Samsunn wellness area for 3 hours a day (nude area). This offers you a sauna landscape with 4 different saunas, steam bath, infrared cabin, hot tub, Kneipp facility and relaxation room (opening times as posted on site). Massages can be booked on site for a fee and on request.
In resort, you will also receive the Winter Bonus Card, which grants you access to numerous discounts throughout the region (as per info in resort).

Important notes
- Please note: The wellness area will be closed from 16/05 - 14/05/2023 due to renovation works.
- Access to the spa area is permitted to children ages 14 and up.
- In case you need a cot, please notify this with your booking. The €15 fee has to be paid in resort. In case towels are needed for the baby, these can be hired in resort for a locally payable fee.
- Special wishes should be requested directly when booking. Later consideration cannot be guaranteed.
- Snow chains have to be taken along.
- Children aged 5 years or younger will not receive a lift pass voucher and the use the lifts for free as long as they do not need their own seat. For children using the lifts independently (e.g. in a ski course), a lift pass has to be acquired in resort. Further information can be obtained at the lift office.

Reductions
Depending on the room type, age of the traveller, arrival date and lift pass, you could receive various reductions to the holiday price.

Generally speaking, babies younger than 24 months of age upon arrival can travel for free, but they must be listed on the booking. Please note that fees for the stay may be charged locally (see Local Costs/Services).
