Location

The family-led 3-star Koidl guesthouse is situated approx. 900 m away from the centre of Maria Alm. You can access the ski area by taking the Natrunlift gondola lift approx. 550 m away, or the Natrumbahn cable car approx. 1,5 km away. Beautiful winter hike trails can be easily accessed within approx. 300 m. Cross-country skiing trails can be reached within about 200 m. Ski buses stop within about 200 m. The Saalfelden railway station can be reached after approx. 7,7 km. Nearby shopping opportunities can be reached within approx. 850 m, local cafés and restaurants can be accessed within approx. 500 m.

Facilities

This accommodation features various facilities, such as Wi-Fi and a breakfast room. Guests can store their ski and snowboarding equipment in a ski cellar. Drivers can use a parking lot - subject to availability.

Spa

Our wellness area invites its guests to indulge body and soul (for a fee) and enjoy a sauna, a steam bath and a spa shower.

Cots can be used free of charge (upon request and availability).

Board

The bed and breakfast catering plan includes a buffet style breakfast with a wholesome food assortment. On request, we also serve vegetarian alternatives.

Important notes

• When booking several-bed rooms or rooms with extra beds, there is no entitlement to the additional beds in the event of under-occupancy.
• This accommodation is not wheelchair-accessible.
• Use of the ski lifts in Maria Alm is free of charge for children aged 5 or under (at time of departure). If your child uses the lifts independently in other Ski amadé ski areas, a Minicard (lift pass) may need to be purchased on site.
• Family Spring Deals: 13/03/2027 until the end of the season – children born in 2011 or later receive a free multi-day pass valid for 4 days or more (official proof of family relationship required). This offer is subject to at least one parent purchasing a multi-day pass valid for 4 days or more for the same period. If there are more children than adults in your party, or if the promotion conditions are not met, a suitable lift pass must be purchased on site. Further information is available at the lift ticket office.
• Please note that during the late season, from 30/03/2027 to 04/04/2027, the ski resort will only be open on a limited basis.
