Location
The modern MorgenZeit - Natürlich.Bed&Brunch hotel is approx. 200 m from the centre of Maria Alm. Access to the ski area is possible via the "Hochkönig Natrun Lift" cable car, which is about 240 m away, or the "Natrunbahn" lift, which is about 600 m away. The cross-country ski trail network is about 300 metres away. You can also get active on the toboggan run approx. 9.3 km from the hotel. Ski buses stop right by the house. The first shops, cafés and restaurants are approx. 200 metres away.Facilities
The hotel facilities include a reception, Wi-Fi, lift, breakfast room, à la carte restaurant and hotel bar. You can store your winter sports equipment in a ski/snowboard storage room. There are parking spaces on site and a charging station for electric vehicles (for a fee) - subject to availability.Spa
The spa area, covering approximately 250 m², features a natural pool and offers views of the imposing Hochkönig massif, inviting you to relax. Here you will also find a panoramic sauna, a herbal sauna and infrared benches. You can also unwind in the relaxation room. On request, you can receive a spa bag on arrival containing useful items such as a bathrobe, bath towel and slippers. Massages are available for a fee.Board
Board when booking Rooms with board type ÜF PLUS includes a welcome drink and a rich GenussZeit brunch with regional products, hot & cold dishes as well as herbs from hostess Anna's garden, coffee specialities and a selection of teas. The brunch is available until 1 pm. The afternoon Board (15:00 - 16:00) includes a varied selection of cold and hot, sweet and savoury dishes. - The use of the lift systems is free of charge for children aged 5 or under (at time of departure) in Maria Alm. If your child uses the lifts in other Ski amadé ski areas independently, a minicard (lift pass) may need to be purchased on site.
- Easter family promotion: 14/03/2026 - 06/04/2026. Children born 2010 or younger receive a free multi-day ticket for 6 days or more (official family proof required). The prerequisite is that at least one parent purchases a multi-day ticket from 6 days for the same period. If there are more children travelling with you than adults or if you do not meet the promotion requirements, a corresponding lift pass must be purchased on site.
