Location

The comfortable Unser Unterberg hotel is located approx. 1 km away from the centre of Maria Alm. The Aberg Hinterthal cable car, which is only a few metres away from your accommodation, will take you to the ski area. Cross-country skiing trails can be reached within about 1 km. You can experience a rush of adrenaline on a well-prepared toboggan run approx. 1 km away from the hotel.

Facilities

This friendly furnished hotel features various amenities, such as a reception, Wi-Fi, a common room, a lift, a breakfast room, a hotel restaurant and a hotel bar. Guests can store their ski and snowboarding equipment in a ski storage room. Drivers can use a parking lot - subject to availability.

Spa

Our wellness area invites its guests to indulge body and soul and enjoy a sauna and a steam bath. Let the stress of everyday life dissipate in the relaxation room. Massages are available for a fee and help encourage an overall sense of well-being. Our staff provides guests with a bathrobe and sauna towels on a loan basis.

Children

The children's playroom offers a range of play experiences for young guests, no matter the weather. High chairs and cots can be used free of charge (upon request and availability).

Board

The half board catering plan includes a rich buffet style breakfast. At dinner, our cooks put together a 4-course menu of choice with a starter buffet as well as a salad bar. In addition, culinary delights await you at the themed buffet, organised 1 x a week. On request, we also serve lactose-free dishes, gluten-free as well as vegetarian alternatives.

Important notes

• This accommodation is not wheelchair-accessible.
• When booking several-bed rooms or rooms with extra beds, there is no entitlement to the additional beds in the event of under-occupancy.
• The use of the lift systems is free of charge for children aged 5 or under (at time of departure) in Maria Alm. If your child uses the lifts in other Ski amadé ski areas independently, a minicard (lift pass) may need to be purchased on site.
• Easter family promotion: 14/03/2026 - 06/04/2026. Children born 2010 or younger receive a free multi-day ticket for 6 days or more (official family proof required). The prerequisite is that at least one parent purchases a multi-day ticket from 6 days for the same period. If there are more children travelling with you than adults or if you do not meet the promotion requirements, a corresponding lift pass must be purchased on site.
