Location

The comfortable Unser Unterberg hotel is located approx. 1 km away from the centre of Maria Alm. Access to the ski slopes is provided by the nearby Aberg Hinterthal mountain railway. Cross-country skiing trails can be reached within about 1 km. You can experience a rush of adrenaline on a well-prepared toboggan run approx. 1 km away from the hotel.

Facilities

The friendly furnished hotel features various amenities, such as a reception, Wi-Fi, a common room, a lift, a breakfast room, a hotel restaurant and a hotel bar. Guests can store their ski and snowboarding equipment in a ski storage room. Drivers can use a parking lot - subject to availability.

Spa

Our wellness area invites its guests to indulge body and soul and enjoy a sauna and a steam bath. Let the stress of everyday life dissipate in the relaxation room. Massages are available for a fee and help encourage an overall sense of well-being. Our staff provides guests with a bathrobe and sauna towels on a loan basis.

Children

The children's playroom offers a range of play experiences for young guests to keep them content and entertained. High chairs and cots can be used free of charge (upon request and availability).

Board

The half board catering plan includes a rich buffet style breakfast. At dinner, our cooks put together a 4-course menu of choice with a starter buffet as well as a salad bar. In addition, culinary delights await you at the themed buffet, organised 1 x a week. On request, we also serve lactose-free dishes, gluten-free as well as vegetarian alternatives.

Important notes

  • This accommodation is not wheelchair-accessible.
  • When booking several-bed rooms or rooms with extra beds, there is no entitlement to the additional beds in the event of under-occupancy.
  • Children aged 5 or under can use the lift systems in Maria Alm free of charge. If your child uses the lifts in other Ski amadé ski areas independently, a minicard (lift pass) may have to be purchased on site.
  • Easter family promotion: 14/03/2026 – 06/04/2026. When booking for 6 or more days, children born in 2010 or later receive a free multi-day pass (official proof of family relationship required). The prerequisite is that at least one parent purchases a multi-day pass for 6 or more days for the same period. If there are more children than adults travelling or if the promotion requirements are not met, a corresponding lift pass must be purchased on site. Further information is available at the lift ticket office.
