Location

The modern Hostel Maria Alm hotel is situated approx. 1,5 km away from the centre of Maria Alm in the district of Aberg. The Abergbahn cable car, which is approx. 170 m away, will take you to the ski area. Alpine skiers and snowboarders can get on a slope directly at the door. Cross-country skiing trails can be reached within about 1 km. You can experience a rush of adrenaline on a well-prepared toboggan run approx. 1 km away from the hotel. The Saalfelden railway station can be reached after approx. 5 km.

Facilities

This hotel offers various amenities, such as a reception, Wi-Fi, a common room, a lift and a breakfast room. Guests can store their ski and snowboarding equipment in a ski cellar. Drivers can use a parking lot - subject to availability.

Children

The children's playroom offers a range of play experiences for young guests to keep them content and entertained. High chairs can be used free of charge (upon request and availability).

Board

The half board catering plan includes a rich buffet style breakfast with fresh fruit, cereals, bread as well as egg dishes. At dinner, our cooks put together a 4-course menu of choice with a salad bar as well as a soup. On request, we also serve vegetarian alternatives.

Important notes

• When booking several-bed rooms or rooms with extra beds, there is no entitlement to the additional beds in the event of under-occupancy.
• The use of the lift systems is free of charge for children up to and including 5 years (age at departure) in Maria Alm. If your child uses the lifts in other Ski amadé ski areas independently, a minicard (lift pass) may need to be purchased on site.
• Easter family promotion: 14/03/2026 - 06/04/2026 - Children born 2010 or younger receive a free multi-day ticket for 6 days or more (official family proof required). The prerequisite is that at least one parent purchases a multi-day ticket from 6 days for the same period. If there are more children travelling with you than adults or if you do not meet the promotion requirements, a corresponding lift pass must be purchased on site.
