Location and facilities

The traditional, 3-star Ferienhotel Alber Tauernhof is situated in the centre of Mallnitz. The ski bus to the nearest ski area, Ankogel (approx. 3 km away), stops approx. 50 m from the hotel (opening hours according to time table in resort). The Mölltal glacier is located about 23 km away.

The welcoming hotel is composed of two connecting buildings and offers a welcome hall with reception and free Wi-Fi, lift, cosy dining rooms, restaurant, bar, parlour with open fireplace, children's play area, library and TV room, terrace and a ski and boot room. Free-of-charge parking spaces can also be found (upon availability).

Furthermore, guests can also enjoy the approx. 180 m² spa area with Finnish sauna, steam bath and hot tub (located in the main building, the Hotel Alber). A solarium as well as the beauty centre with cosmetic treatments, baths and massages can additionally be enjoyed for a fee.

Participation in the activity programme, with activities such as tobogganing, Bavarian curling and horse-drawn sleigh rides is also possible in resort (for a fee).

Board

The already included half board PLUS consists of a welcome drink, a daily breakfast buffet with organic items, an afternoon snack, as well as a 4-course evening menu of choice. The Christmas dinner (24/12) and New Year's Eve dinner are also included. All board services will take place in the main building.
