Location

The modern 4-star Superior Soulsisters hotel is located approx. 350 m away from the centre of Kaprun. Access to the ski slopes is provided by the Maiskogelbahn mountain railway approx. 850 m away. Cross-country skiing trails are in close proximity. Ski buses stop right at the door. The Fürth-Kaprun railway station can be reached after approx. 2,7 km.

Facilities

The hotel features various facilities, such as a reception, Wi-Fi, a lift, a breakfast room, the Soulsisters' Kitchen hotel restaurant and a hotel bar. Guests can store their ski and snowboarding equipment in a ski cellar. Drivers can use a parking lot, a parking garage (for a fee) and a charging station for e-cars (for a fee) - subject to availability.

Spa

The modern “Hideaway SPA & Body” spa area, covering approx. 1,000 m², is the perfect place to relax. The “Living Pool Area” features an indoor pool, relaxation loungers, a family sauna where clothing is worn, and a refreshment area with fruit and tea. The Adults Only Area (ages 16 and over) offers a Finnish sauna, sanarium, a hot tub, steam bath, infrared cabin and adventure shower. You can also relax in the relaxation room with an XXXL sofa and four-poster beds. Beauty treatments and massages are available for a fee. Bathrobes are available on site (for hire).

Children

The children's playroom offers a range of play experiences for young guests, no matter the weather. High chairs and cots can be used free of charge (upon request and availability).

Entertainment

Sports facilities and activities at the hotel include a gym (approx. 100 m²) and a yoga room. We also offer yoga.

Board

When booking rooms on a half-board basis, board includes a generous hot and cold breakfast buffet featuring regional produce, a selection of teas and egg dishes. In the evening, you will be served a gourmet five-course meal featuring regional produce. A children’s menu is available for dinner for children aged up to 14. You can treat yourself to culinary delights at the regular themed evenings. Guests at the hotel receive a drinks voucher worth €5 (valid for purchases of €50 or more; not redeemable for cash; non-transferable). Vegetarian dishes are available on site. Gluten-free, lactose-free and vegan meals can be requested.

• This accommodation is not wheelchair-accessible.
• Please note that, in line with our "Go Green" policy and for the sake of the environment, rooms are not cleaned during stays of 2–5 nights. For stays of 7 nights, rooms are cleaned 1–2 times.
• If you wish to order the adult menu for a child under 15 instead of the children’s menu, a surcharge of €10.00 per child per day will be charged on site.
• If you have booked a lift pass, it is valid starting at 15:00 on the day before the first day of validity.
• For every adult Ski Alpin Card lift pass purchased, one accompanying child born in 2010 or later will receive a free ticket for use of the lifts (ID required). This offer is only valid with the purchase of a 4-day lift pass between 28/03/2026 and 06/04/2026.
