Location
The family-run 3-star accommodation Simone's Platzerl is located at the outskirts of Kaprun, about 800 m away from the centre. The access point to the Maiskogel ski area is approx. 800 m away, the ski bus stop is about 100 m away. The access point to the cross-country trail is approx. 300 m away.Facilities
The accommodation's general facilities include a reception, Wi-Fi, parlour with TV, breakfast room, guest refrigerator, children's play area with trampoline and boulder wall, wine cellar, library, conservatory and ski cellar. Furthermore, you can use the ski depot at the Maiskogelbahn lift (for a fee). Parking spaces and a charging station for electric cars can be found and used upon availability.The spa area measuring approx. 80 m² invites you to stay and relax with its infrared cabin, outdoor sauna with view of the Kitzsteinhorn and solarium.
Guests of the accommodation Simone's Platzerl receive daily free admission to the TAUERN Spa Kaprun with indoor and outdoor water world, children's bathing area and sauna world as well as rental swim bag with towel and bathrobe worth up to €60 (admission not included on day of departure, no cash redemption, non-transferable).
In resort you receive an additional 5% discount per person and booking at the restaurant "Deins & Meins" in Zell am See (on presentation of a voucher, received with the holiday documents).

Important notes
- If you have booked a lift pass, it is valid starting at 15:00 on the day before the first day of validity.
- For each Ski Alpin Card adult lift pass purchased, one accompanying child born in 2009 or later will receive a free ticket for the use of the lifts (ID required). This offer is only valid when booking a lift pass lasting 4 or more days in the period from 12/04/25 - 21/04/25.
- When booking several-bed rooms or rooms with additional beds, there is no entitlement to the additional beds in the event of under-occupancy.
