Location and facilities
The quietly situated Landhaus Fischer is located approx. 300 m from the centre of Kaprun and from the nearest ski bus stop. The ski area Zell am See and the Kaprun glacier lift are both approx. 7 km away. Access to the nearest cross-country ski track can be found directly at the house. The family-friendly accommodation offers a small spa area (incl.) with sauna, heated cabin and relaxation room. Further, there is a large children's playroom and ski room boot driers. Parking spaces are available free of charges.Furnishing/Board
The modern apartments all offer a vestibule area, a living/sleeping area with pull-out couch and cable TV, shower and some also have a separate wc, bedroom, Wi-Fi (incl.), telephone, a fully equipped kitchenette with dishwasher and microwave, and some also offer a balcony or terrace. Self-catering, however a bread roll service can be booked and paid for locally.Pets

Important notes
- When booking for a group, an addl. deposit of €150 per person has to be paid in resort.
- Children born in and after 2011 receive a free lift pass when one accompanying adult per child has a purchased lift pass: each child will receive a free lift pass per accompanying adult.
