Location

The family-run 3-star superior Klawunn Hotel & Apartment is situated in the district of Fürth, approximately 3 km from the centre of Kaprun. Access to the ski area is via the “Maiskogelbahn” cable car, which is about 2.5 km away. Cross-country skiing is available on the network of trails approximately 650 m away. You can also enjoy sporting activities on the toboggan run, approximately 6 km from the hotel. Ski buses stop around 100 m away.

Facilities

The modern hotel’s facilities include a reception with a safe, Wi-Fi, an internet corner, a library, a lounge, a lift, a breakfast room, the hotel’s own restaurant and a hotel bar. You can store your winter sports equipment in a ski cellar. On-site facilities include car parks (subject to charge), a carport (subject to charge) and a charging station for electric cars (subject to charge) – subject to availability.

Spa

The approximately 450 m² spa area invites you to relax. Here you will find a Finnish sauna, organic sauna, steam bath and infrared cabin. You can also relax in the relaxation room. The swimming pond can be used to cool off after a sauna session (weather permitting). The solarium and massages are available for a fee.

Children

The children’s playroom offers age-appropriate entertainment for our younger guests, even in bad weather. High chairs and cots are included (on request/subject to availability).

Board

When booking rooms on a half-board basis, meals include a welcome drink and a generous breakfast buffet featuring regional produce. In the evening, you will be served a four-course meal. A Christmas gala takes place on 24/12, and a New Year’s Eve menu is served on New Year’s Eve. A midnight buffet on New Year’s Eve rounds off the special culinary offerings for the festive season. Special dietary requirements, including lactose-free, gluten-free, vegetarian and vegan options, are available on request.
